I placed my order online (no phone interaction with a person from the shop). It was easy to do. I received an email receipt immediately, and the day before my delivery I received an email reminder. I received email confirmation when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered. I am was very pleased knowing the status of my purchase. My mother in law sent a picture when they came - the floral basket was beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchase and would order from here again.
