The flowers themselves are gorgeous and quality. The service is kind and accommodating. I only didn't give full stars because I ordered on a Wednesday for pick up on a Thursday. Then when I had to let them know when I was ready to pick it up due to hospital restrictions, it was on a reduced hours Sunday and they were not answering. I also didn't call in advance to let them know i am coming because they advertise "same day." Anyhow, I sent a friend to go to the store and when she did they were closed and making deliveries. Eventually, owner calls and tells me he can put it together and deliver it. I was so happy for the accommodation. What service! When it arrived though, it had less flowers and not the same colors as in the picture. When I talked to driver who got in touch with his boss, owner tells me that I didn't give notice, i was supposed to call and that they don't have those flowers in stock on the weekends. Nothing was told to me that I won't get my colors until the flowers arrived. Better communication would have been appreciated. But all in all the flowers were beautiful and we swirled things out for our future together. I will buy again.

I ordered a bouquet for my niece’s birthday and they delivered a beautiful bouquet with balloons that same day within just a few hours. I’m very impressed and would definitely order again.
