The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time as scheduled. However, I’m giving 1 star less because they weren’t hand-delivered as promised. Instead, they were left outside on the porch without any doorbell or knock. I had to call the recipient to confirm if they’d received them, and they found the flowers sitting there on the porch.
